Design scheme

    The first step after receiving customer instructions is to analyze the nature and dimensions of the customer's goods to design the packing and transportation scheme. Due to the complex shapes and high heights of the goods, some of them reach 4.2 meters in height, so the conventional door-to-door packing scheme is not feasible. Therefore, our company first arranged low-grade flatbed trucks to transport the goods from the factory to the inner loading warehouse in Shanghai near Yangshan Port, and then unloaded the goods in the inner loading warehouse, and then reported the side-loading plan to the port area.

Loading transport

     After knowing the size and shape of the goods, our company arranged a low-grade flat car (the height of which can reach 10cm from the ground) to pick up the goods at the factory. We first planned to allocate space reasonably, then packed the car, and finally covered the cloth to prevent rain. Deliver the goods from the factory in the shortest possible time on the premise that the goods are loaded and transported in the safest way. For the over-limit goods, our company can apply for the over-limit pass within a short time to ensure that the goods are in compliance with the law for road transport.

Loading on board

     As the goods have no outer packing, in order to ensure the safety and stability of the goods, the wooden frame is accurately set between the goods and the box during the inner packing.

Use 16mm steel wire rope, U-lock, closed flower basket, plastic gasket, binding belt, fastener, wooden square to fix the goods in the box by professional equipment. In order to ensure the safety of the goods and prevent the wear caused by the friction between the goods and the wire rope, soft materials are wrapped in each contact position. At the same time, between the goods and the goods, the space between the goods and the baffles at both ends of the frame box should also be firmly supported by fumigation wood.
